Kharcho provides a collaborative bill-splitting and expense-tracking platform that helps users record shared expenses, calculate individual balances, and simplify group debt settlements.

To access features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and account access.
• Be fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breaches.

When using Kharcho, you agree NOT to:

• Log fraudulent, deceptive, or non-existent financial expenses to mislead group members.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or database networks.
• Use the platform for money laundering or unlawful activities.

All software, design elements, logos, graphics, text, and proprietary algorithms associated with Kharcho are owned by Kharcho App and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the service without explicit written permission.

Kharcho is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall Kharcho, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user expense disputes, uncollected debts between users, or service interruptions.
